SOPS Portal

The SOPS Portal is the primary interface for calendar integrations, Organization Logo settings, and Hub and Display management. Open it at https://<Your-SOPS-Domain> and sign in with a SOPS administrator account.

Manage Hubs

Rename a Hub

Open Hubs and select the Hub.
Select Edit, enter the new name, and save the change.

The name cannot be empty. The Portal displays an error and does not save an empty name.

Delete a Hub

Open Hubs and select the Hub to remove.
Select Delete and confirm the operation.

Verify that you selected the correct Hub before confirming. Deleting a Hub removes it from SOPS management.

Manage Displays

Displays are listed as Nodes in the SOPS Portal.

Open Nodes and select the Display.
Select Edit, enter the new name, and save the change.

The name cannot be empty. The Portal displays an error and does not save an empty name.

Refresh Calendar Data from the Nodes Page

The Refresh action on the Nodes page now requests fresh data from the configured calendar source. It is not only a device-status refresh.

Use Refresh when a recent calendar change has not yet appeared on a Display. SOPS fetches the current calendar data, regenerates the Display content, and sends an update to the Display. Because this contacts the calendar provider and may update the Display, it can take longer than a status-only refresh.

Configure the Organization Logo

Go to Settings > Organization > Organization Logo.
Select and upload a logo that meets all of these requirements:
- monochrome bitmap (.bmp)
- 1-bit color depth
- maximum dimensions of 96 by 96 pixels
- file size below 100 KB
Save the change.

After a valid logo is uploaded, SOPS automatically notifies the Displays to refresh. No separate manual refresh is required.

Note

A grayscale or visually black-and-white image is not necessarily a 1-bit bitmap. Confirm the file’s bit depth before uploading it.
